William George Dicks Washington Steel millwright and minister (Observer-Reporter) The Rev. William George Dicks, 73, of Washington, died Tuesday, November 25, 2008, in Sarasota (Fla.) Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness. He was born May 26, 1935, in Washington, a son of Clarence Herbert and Helen Marie King Dicks.
