Being approachable is a great sign of charisma, which sells car washes. So, if you are wondering why all this happened to you, now you know. But hey, its a good thing; dont fight it. Have fun with it. Make money with it; enjoy it. Its a good way to live life. You deserve to be happy. Look at the great service you provide, the help you do for the community and the way you brighten peoples day with your sense of humor. They work hard. Life isnt easy. They deserve to laugh once in a while and you help them cope. Not only have you become an awesome car washer, you have also become a great friend.
Your next assignment is to teach this attitude to your employees, managers and independent contractors. Since youre already spreading positive energy and projecting confidence in a non-threatening manner everywhere you go, this wont be hard. Why would you complain about working hard. Customers will look at you and just shake their heads. They will assume you dont want any more business. Remember everything you say and do in front of your employees will create an image of you, your business, us, so dont treat it lightly. Employees will witness your actions, and they will mirror them. This will be projected to customers. They should hopefully pick up your same energy. Although they may not ever achieve your level, you will improve their performance, improve their attitude and improve their self-confidence. This is a win-win situation. You will benefit in dollars and have a greater team. A crew with a positive attitude makes approximately 30% more than a crew with a bad attitude. So let it rub off as much as it can.
